Jean-François Carpantier is head of UCI Risk Macro division at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in charge of the data driven UCI risk monitoring / supervision and of fund related analytical publications (including AIFMD, MMF, UCITS Risk dashboards and working papers on the fund liquidity stress testing framework, on the effectiveness of liquidity management tools or on large fund redemption during the COVID-19 period).
Prior to joining the CSSF, Jean-François worked as full-time professor of finance/applied econometrics at Aix-Marseille University, as advisor in the cabinet of the Belgian Finance Ministry and as lawyer at Allen & Overy Luxembourg. Jean-François Carpantier holds a master’s degree in Law and a PhD in Economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).

Celine Bes is the Head of Alternative Assets Solutions - EMEA at 73 Strings, based in London. She leads the company's expansion in the region and is responsible for client management, sales, and business development. Additionally, Celine advises the product team on developing solutions tailored to the needs of EMEA clients.
Celine's career spans over two decades in global roles focused on valuation, portfolio analysis, and transaction advisory. Prior to joining 73 Strings, she spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and London. During her last three years at Goldman Sachs, Celine specialized in Sponsor M&A and secondary advisory. Before that, she held key roles in NY, including Head of M&A Valuation within the global Fairness and Valuation Committee, and led valuation efforts for the firm's private equity portfolio. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Celine was with Ernst & Young (EY) in Paris and New York, contributing to the expansion of the Transaction Services and the Hedge Fund and Private Equity Portfolio Advisory practice.
Prior to her time at Goldman Sachs, Celine held positions at Ernst & Young (EY) in Paris and New York. At EY, she co-launched a new Portfolio Advisory practice focused on hedge funds and private equity clients.
Celine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School in New York and a Masters in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School in France.

Elena Moisei is Managing Director of Kroll Luxembourg, Portfolio Valuation practice, Alternative Asset Advisory unit.
She has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and business advisory roles in Romania and Luxembourg.
Elena is experienced in the valuation of illiquid investments, and she excels working with Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) clients, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure funds and real estate fund managers in Luxembourg and across the globe.
Elena is a member of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). She is also a board member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA). Currently, she is acting as a valuation trainer for private equity and private debt courses at the House of Training by The Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg.
